Pinoy World Essentials ships orders throughout the United States and to most international destinations.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier, such as USPS or other courier services. Pinoy World Essentials is not affiliated with and is not responsible for the operations of shipping carriers.
Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly for issues related to:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Pinoy World Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you:

Check around your property, mailbox, porch, or delivery area

Ask household members or neighbors

Contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly
Customers may also file a missing package claim directly with the shipping carrier if needed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Pinoy World Essentials is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address:

The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

A minimum handling and processing fee of $20 will apply
If the customer requests a refund instead of reshipping the order, processing fees and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
If you require special shipping arrangements, please contact us before placing your order so we can review all available options.
PO Box Shipping
Shipping to PO Boxes is available when USPS is selected as the shipping method at checkout. Additional charges may apply.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
Products Damaged or Shipped in Error
Although orders are packed carefully, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Ordering
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website.
All credit cards are charged at the time of checkout to help prevent fraudulent transactions.
Purchases must be made using your own authorized payment method.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Address Changes and Order Cancellation

Shipping Agreement
All items purchased from Pinoy World Essentials are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that ownership and responsibility for the items transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
PayPal Orders
For orders paid using PayPal, the shipping address must match the address listed in your PayPal account.
Orders will not be shipped to an address different from the PayPal address used at checkout.
Pinoy World Essentials is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided through PayPal.
