Sealed Products
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
For health and safety reasons, products that have been opened, unsealed, or used are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Unboxed Products
Items sold as unboxed products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting return authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
